Spending Christmas at this family hotel was a truly delightful experience. The warm and cozy ambiance immediately made us feel at home. The big rooms were the icing on the cake, with plenty of space for all our Christmas presents. The food was amazing, offering a variety of options and flavors that catered to everyone's tastes. The breakfast was the perfect way to start our day, with fresh and delicious ingredients. The hotel's location was also a big plus, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.

The hotel itself was a complete disappointment. The rooms were cramped, dingy, and uninviting, making my city break rather uncomfortable. Moreover, the bathroom was poorly maintained and not clean. I would not recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
